Products, Orders, and Shipping

Sales and Pricing: All products are sold while supplies last. We do our best to provide accurate product info and pricing, but mistakes happen.

Payment and Risk: Payment is due when you place an order, and shipping times are estimates — once your mat is delivered, the risk of loss passes to you.

Product Description (Ages 3+): Our mats are designed as a protective floor mat surface for children ages 3 and up. Choking hazard. Follow the instructions, supervise play, and avoid sharp objects or outdoor use. We can’t be responsible for injuries from misuse, but we’ve made them soft, safe, and fun.

 

Choking Hazard Warning
This product is designed for durability. If excessive force (11–14 pounds of pulling force) is applied and the foam is torn, small parts may be created, which could present a choking hazard.

Most children under 3 years of age do not typically generate this level of force during normal play. Always supervise young children and discontinue use if damage occurs.

Returns and Liability

Damaged or Defective Items: If something’s wrong with your order — damaged, defective, or the wrong item — contact us right away and we’ll make it right.

Refunds: Returns follow our Return Policy, and refunds are issued once we receive and inspect your return.

Limitation of Liability: We do our best to provide a safe and reliable experience, but we can’t be responsible for indirect or unexpected issues. Our liability is limited to the price of the product purchased. You also agree to keep us safe from claims or issues arising from your use of the site or products.
