Refund policy

We want you (and your little ones) to love your Matropolis™ play mat! If you need to return your mat, you can do so within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days minus a $20 restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
